The Global Amateur Tour USA 2026 Hybrid Tour is officially underway in Ocala, Florida and from the very first day, it has been clear this is no ordinary equestrian experience.
From world-class access to elite training environments, the tone has been set for what is shaping up to be one of the most dynamic tours in GAT history.

The tour opened with an exclusive evening at Royal Grounds, where riders were treated to an intimate Q&A with industry leaders including Noelle Floyd and Karzan Hughes.
This wasn’t just a welcome event. It was a deep dive into performance, mindset, and what it truly takes to succeed at the highest level of the sport.
As the week unfolded, riders stepped straight into the heart of international competition, attending the Longines League of Nations as VIP guests and having the opportunity to meet world-class show jumping legend Cian O'Connor from Ireland.
An unforgettable night, surrounded by the very best in the world, reinforcing exactly what this tour is about immersion at the highest level of the sport.
From the World Equestrian Center to exploring Ocala’s iconic equestrian hubs, every moment has been designed to inspire and elevate.
One of the most exciting moments of any GAT tour is the first connection between rider and horse. For New Zealand rider Emma Riley, it was love at first sight meeting Rocky Hollow’s Mandiamo, setting the stage for what promises to be a special partnership.
Across the team, similar connections are forming, including Germany’s Charlotte Wahby, who has already shown a strong partnership developing with Christian Dior under the guidance of Ronny Riemer.
Training officially kicked off at Diasti Stables, with riders diving straight into the fundamentals that underpin success in the ring.

The focus being - Pace. Distance. Control.
Not chasing a distance. Not hoping for a stride. But learning to create it, own it, and repeat it.
Sessions with Ronny Riemer, widely known as The German Riding Instructor, have challenged riders to think deeper about their riding:
Understanding how horses respond through directional changes
Developing feel across different approaches, straight, corner, and offset
Building consistency through structured, progressive exercises
Starting with poles and building upward, riders are laying the groundwork for confident, competitive rounds later in the week.
Bringing together riders from across the world, the atmosphere at Diasti Stables has been electric.
Talent, teamwork, and a shared passion for the sport have created an environment where riders are not only improving, but forming connections that will last well beyond the tour.
Of course, no GAT tour is complete without unforgettable off-horse experiences.
From adrenaline-filled adventures at Universal Studios to exploring everything Ocala has to offer, the balance between high-performance sport and lifestyle is what makes this tour truly unique.
